License and Permit Process
– Checking the application documents regarding unlicensed electricity production based on solar energy and submitting and following up the application to the relevant network operator in the region where the production facility will be established.
– Following up the evaluation process of the application, learning/receiving possible additional requests and completing these additional requests.
– Follow-up of the signing of the connection agreement with the relevant Network Operator
– Preparation of unlicensed production investment project documents and follow-up of their approval by TEDAŞ General Directorate
– Following up on the signing of connection and system usage agreements for producers to be connected to the grid
– Follow-up of the acceptance and approval procedures of the production facility to be carried out by TEDAŞ
– Application and follow-up of investment incentive certificate at the Ministry of Economy to benefit from the Investment Incentive Program
– Carrying out any procedures that may be related to EMRA
‐ Additionally, within the scope of the project, providing legal support, consultancy and case management services if necessary.
